Opening in the mid 2000’s, Southwest Regional Rehabilitation Center was built as a state-of-the-art, 26-bed facility specializing in recovery from amputations, brain injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic conditions, spinal cord injuries and stroke care.
Throughout ongoing changes to Medicare and Medicaid payments, along with dwindling patient levels, things became difficult for the hospital, which in turn forced them to close their doors in 2014.
Per order of secured creditor, all remaining assets of the Southwest Regional Rehabilitation Center will be liquidated via a one day online auction via Orbitbid.com
